This time we did a number of new activities including pouch making, candle-making and hair tie making etc.! It was always nice to see parents chitchating with each other during these relaxing and fun process.
"Know more about Special Education and its support in Hong Kong" Parenting Talk
During the talk, we introduced different support services and resources in HK to parents of special needs. Many were not aware of the support here in HK and hence it was a fruitful sharing on the relevant resources to parents.

The hiking included both Cantonese-speaking and English-speaking families. We were pleased to see they got along with each other and they enjoyed the family walk on a sunny day!
Fun Day @ Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden
It was an educational and fun family activity which families can enjoy sceneries and check out different animals in a huge farm! Before setting off for the walk, we all had a stretching exercises led by different kids together!
Chinese Learning Parent-Child Group 2.0
We continue to do it a parent-child activity as we believe by involving parents, children can be assisted better and parents can be empowered. In this quarter, we learn different vocabulary according to different themes - food and drinks.
Visit to Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change
We had visited the Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change and learnt different climatic ideas and had an eco-walk around the Lake Ad Excellentiam!
"Let's move" Parent-Child Exercise Group
In this group, we have both kids from mainstream school and special school enjoying together by adapting the exercises into different level and intensity.
STEM Buddies Re-run
We explored and learnt different science concepts by simple and fun experiments. It was fun and interesting to see the chemical reactions too!
Hoi Fu Summer Carnival
Thanks to Volunteer Space, we had carried out a summer carnival with a theme about healthy lifestyle. Booths related to exercising, emotional well-being and healthy diet were prepared for our members! We also got Henna booth which was also very popular too!
